Platform Services are 100% Free for Patients
Beauty Med Travel does not charge patients for its services. All support is provided completely free of charge, including:
- Personalized matching of clinics and surgeons based on your needs
- Before-and-after photos, verified reviews, and detailed procedure information
- Arrangement of online consultations and treatment planning
- Full informational support before, during, and after your medical journey
We never add commissions or extra fees. You pay exactly the same price quoted by the clinic.
Booking Deposit
Once you choose a clinic and confirm your treatment plan, most international medical centers (such as those in Turkey, South Korea, Thailand, Poland, and others) require a deposit to secure your surgery date.
- Deposit amount is usually 10–30% of the procedure cost (final amount is set by the clinic)
- The deposit is deducted from the total treatment cost
- Refund or rescheduling policies depend on the clinic’s rules, we help clarify all terms in advance
This is a standard and widely accepted practice in medical tourism.
Payment for Medical Treatment
All payments for surgery, anesthesia, hospital stay, medical tests, postoperative care, and other medical services are made directly to the clinic.
Beauty Med Travel:
- Does not accept payments for medical treatment
- Does not process or handle transactions between you and the clinic
- Does not bear responsibility for financial agreements between patients and clinics
Payments are made according to the clinic’s official price list, typically via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash on arrival.
How is the Final Price Determined?
Prices shown on the website or in preliminary offers are indicative. The final cost is confirmed after consultation with the surgeon and depends on:
- Your individual medical indications
- The chosen surgical technique and procedure scope
- Any additional procedures that may be required
- Results of preoperative examinations
Beauty Med Travel assists you in obtaining a clear and accurate final quotation from the clinic once your medical details are reviewed.
All-Inclusive Package Offers
Many partner clinics provide convenient all-inclusive treatment packages, which may include:
- Surgery and anesthesia
- Hospital or clinic stay
- Airport transfers
- Postoperative care (and sometimes hotel accommodation)
These packages can be 20–40% more cost-effective and are clearly marked. Our team will inform you about available options and help you select the best package for your budget and medical needs.
